The inspection fee is a small percentage of the property price (typically 3-5%) paid by the client to cover the representative's visit and verification of the property before booking is finalized.
Absolutely. Register as a Service Provider, complete your verification with valid ID and any relevant certifications, then create service listings that clients can book directly through the platform.
Once you have a verified bank account on your Wallet page, you can request a withdrawal any time your available balance is above ₦5,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
You can cancel a booking for free before any payment is made. After payment, you'll need to request a reschedule instead, which goes through an admin review to protect both parties.
